About Joah Moree - Jazz Guitarist, Composer, and Collaborator
Joah Moree is a passionate jazz composer and guitarist whose music seamlessly blends technical mastery with expressive creativity. Currently pursuing a Bachelor of Science in Music with an emphasis in Music Business at Lee University, Joah has built a strong foundation in jazz composition, performance, and improvisation.

An active performer, Joah has contributed to a variety of ensembles, including the Lee University Jazz Ensemble, Small Jazz Ensemble, Lee Singers, and LeeU Worship team. His versatility spans jazz, classical, and contemporary genres, with performances ranging from studio recordings and university tours to large-scale events such as the Church of God International Youth Department’s Winterfest Conferences.
Beyond the stage, Joah co-founded Arts in the Open at Lee University, a creative platform dedicated to fostering musical collaboration and expanding live performance opportunities. His recent recording projects include Sunday Hymns #1 – Amazing Grace (2025) with Austin Petitt and the Church of God World Missions’ 365 Journey Recording Project: “Send Me” (2025).
Known for his reliability, adaptability, and collaborative spirit, Joah brings both professionalism and passion to every musical endeavor. Whether composing original jazz works, performing live, or supporting fellow artists, he continues to pursue excellence through music that connects, inspires, and endures.
